Wildomar Senior Assisted Living Resident Celebrates 104th Birthday with City Honors
Award presentation by City of Wildomar; community celebration during lunch hour
Wildomar, CA – September 17, 2025 — Wildomar Senior Assisted Living will celebrate the 104th birthday of resident Mr. Frank today with a special award presentation by the Mayor and City of Wildomar during a community celebration at lunchtime.
Mr. Lutap is the proud patriarch of a large and loving family. With his late wife, Nelly, he raised seven children and they are the joy and pride of his life. Among his most significant accomplishments was opening Vitamin Bakery in Pasay City, Philippines, a family business built on perseverance, love, and hard work.
A lifelong admirer of innovation, Mr. Lutap was especially fascinated by the airplane. Born just 18 years after the Wright brothers’ first flight, he watched aviation transform the world by connecting people and shrinking distances. His simple wisdom for younger generations: “Do not steal what does not belong to you. Work hard for the things you want. Life rewards honesty, perseverance, and dedication.”
